Most partners want to be part of the AWS engine, so it's easy to get meeting.

Cons

Some employees hide behind the "leadership principles" if they disagree with a colleague I felt like I was in college writing papers with a very specific format that had to be reviewed by 3 peers before I could summit to my boss Meetings were bizarre, when a meeting starting a group would take 10-15 minutes to read the narrative before discussing

Dedicated time to onboarding at the beginning of AWS Career, helpful teammates, opportunity to grow within the organization, great salary/stock/benefits, nice offices (I am hybrid role but goin 3-4 days per week by choice), Leadership Principles are truly lived out by team and referenced often.

Cons

Can be intense hours, culture is a bit intimidating at first, sometimes I feel like I have imposter syndrome
