Remote work, very little oversight, travel reimbursement was fast.

Cons

Too many directors and VPs all trying to get the big bonus while works might get a lunch and a pat on the back. The company has little directions and forgets how hard the front line workers are working. I would recommend staying away. HR is a joke, which is really too bad, they let good workers go while trying to higher qualified people
