My team and immediate supervisor were amazing! The pay and benefits were also decent.

Senior management is horrible. "Regular" management is told to never ask for money for their departments because they are "taking money from the CEO's pocket", while other C-suite executives will balk at being addressed directly and ask: "Do you know who I am?"
