People are generally very easy to work with here. The benefits package is decent, but the pay starts off low. Moving horizontally is easier than moving vertically.

Pros

The benefits are comprehensive, and they have other allowances for reimbursement of fuel/vehicle. There is ability to take ownership and have autonomy as a manager, and make play-action moves on a project quickly. Corporate takes environmental impact seriously and creates a culture that encourages volunteerism, involvement and go-green initiatives.

Cons

Many costs rest on your own dime until reimbursed, they are not upfront. Also for younger managers it is tough to feel like you're a part of something bigger, sort of like a lone wolf. No added incentives for timely or under-budget project completion.
