Great people, room for growth, hard work is recognized and commended and great benefits.

Pros

Insurance benefits that is all I can say, oh and do not count on that year end bonus. The district managers take most of it for their bonus and split the rest over their favorites.

Cons

Lies lies and more lies. Beware of upper management, district managers and god forbid you fill out the survey on why you quit! Be careful it all gets back to your former manager and who you work with and HR will deny they sent it on to your manager and make you look like a fool!
