Pros

Fantastic coworkers, fun content, great offices and environment.

Cons

Senior management seems to like the idea of outsourcing rather than valuing the expertise of the existing staff to the detriment of the company.

Pros

- Great work/life balance. Reasonable hours and expectations around pace of delivering new projects. - Respectable amount of vacation, half day Fridays in the summer and closed the last week of December. - A small company with not too much bureaucracy or red tape. The CEO is pretty transparent and that seems to trickle down through the rest of the executive team. I've seen rules bend or change when needed. - Management solicits advice from all employees and works to eliminate meetings and carve out more time for getting things done.

Cons

- The new office location is a tough commute for me, but at least it's a very nice office.

Pros

Although it didn't live up to it's praised reputation, the take home fridge was a good perk, when there was food in there.

Cons

The company has been in transition mode for a handful of years, so things are constantly changing. Across the board, management needs significant improvement overall. Since the company has vastly grown in a such a short amount of time, it has become an evil corporate empire and revolving door. Also, the benefits are highly illusive.
