Pros
Good hours with little overtime expectation Fun people (for the most part) Food! Dogs, although in new building not as exciting Locatin, seaport disctrict is a nice place to work but perhaps not as accessible
Cons
Cheap - They don't pay much unless you're in the C -Suite or hand selected by someone in the C - Suite. Seems to be a culture where they don't mind a low retention rate. As the company grows and the culture shifts I think you'll likely be seeing a lot of young people coming and staying for 2-3 years then being replaced with other (sorry to say) desperate college grads looking for a full time gig. The kitchen is a different story and I cannot speak to that. As far as I can tell they too are underpaid but it's a far more ideal job for a cook.
