Pros

AAC is the best company I have ever worked for. All employees are valued and respected, from corporate executives to the janitors. Benefits, pay, and incentives are excellent. AAC is one big family working together to save lives. I believe whole heartedly that our clients needs come first. The facilities and treatment programs are top notch. Working for a company that I truly believe in is the best part!

Cons

It's hard to think of cons when it comes to a company and career I love. When problems do arise, AAC works to find the best solution promptly.

Pros

There is a lot room for growth. The company has a lot perks for the employees. AAC has annual raises. I have worked for AAC over 2 yrs and one of the main things I love is that we truly get to help people improve their lives. I get to put my education and knowledge of behavioral health to good use. I like that we are a casual environment. We are not micromanaged.

Cons

As a manager I work a lot of hours away from the office including weekends. We work every day of the year so having to work holidays is a must.

Pros

They help addicts detox off drugs and alcohol. Company was bought out by AAC and now ALL employees get insurance with option of basic ins premiums paid !!! Co- workers all like family.

Cons

Some administration think they are "better than" front liners and yet show no real understanding of positions.
