Pros

You could help people with drug addiction Good health benefits Some genuinely caring and smart people work there Free lunch

Cons

Poorly managed/disorganized Lack of communication between departments and within the same depts Lots of turnover Higher mgmt doesn't seem to respect the people who work under them very much Lies to patients about what they will receive in treatment. Probably to get more people in the door The owner isn't very nice

Pros

Great benefits (Health insurance and PTO). Management truly values each employee and respects their individual contributions. I work with highly skilled and passionate people. My coworkers are excited about the work we are doing and it shows in their effort to help change and save lives everyday from the facilities to call center to other administrative departments.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly which does create some "growing pains," but your extra effort to get things done are not over looked.

Beware

Pros

The call center employees really care about helping individuals and finding care for those in need.

Cons

Owners lead by intimidation, fear tactics, and unprofessional behavior. The call center is an unstable environment. Multiple management changes, commission structure changes, and poor communication. They pay us salary in order to avoid payment for all of the overtime we work. Is this legal? I've worked in the call center industry for 5 years and always received overtime when worked.
