A Noble but Sinking Ship

Pros

My coworkers from that time are still some of my best friends.

Cons

The stock price was $40 when I started and is now $0.65. Massive layoffs, poor management, gaudy displays of wealth. Pay attention to how many positive reviews come from marketing employees, not a coincidence.

RUN AWAY FAST! THIS PLACE IS TOXIC

Pros

Great, talented people come here to work to positively impact the addiction space. If you're lucky you will be able to work with them.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. This place is toxic, toxic, toxic. Most of the current employees probably wont be here much longer because the turnover is so high and management cares nothing about it. They blame and spread negativity about each person who leaves, instead of addressing the real issues. A simple google search of all the negativity surrounding this company will tell you everything you need to know. It's all true and the CEO doesn't even care to fix it.

The ugly truth.

Pros

Getting to help those struggling with addiction. Some lower level employees are very professional, loyal, and hard working.

Cons

Lying management, and HR department. No opportunity for growth unless you are having a relationship with management or loved by the "mafia like family". Made to work on weekends and holidays. Holidays are not time and a half. TCs and management lie to people who are trying to get help. Read the writing on the wall. The CEO is losing great people, stock profitability, facilities are closing, and there is one that has been purchased that is not going to be opened. The brand will continue to suffer because of unethical, and unsustainable business practices
