      Used to be a great place to work

      Great compensation and benefits. And great staff to work with.

      Cons

      After CEO change, the IT leadership was replaced. Since those changes, thinking and input has been discouraged at every turn. That has made it difficult to keep staff invested in their job. Now it's don't think or offer your professional opinion, just await your marching orders. There used to be a time when we were empowered to make meaningful change. There also was a time when there was genuine concern for work/home life balance. It wasn't just lip service, it was genuine. IT management pushed out all good managers and absolutely ruined morale. Such a shame.

      Loved co workers and loved old CEO

      Cons

      New leadership, HR is a joke, middle management is a joke. Leaders spend more time traveling and spending company money and continuously make changes in marketing where the money gets spent again and again on new advertising and then changes again a few years later. Rambo bank employees who failed at the old place have taken over and destroyed what was a great place and no longer is. No organization at all and no safe place to go to discuss the issues. Watch your back is the new theme here.

      You can be a small fish in a small pond

      Horrible leadership creates a toxic work environment. Small minded people gathered together creating a small minded environment. Arrogance abounds from those who would not be able to secure the same job at another company.
