Salaries are generally fair Flexible work/life balance Great 401K match Bonuses

Cons

Middle management is a mess- too many "managers" that have no training and don't know how to effectively manage people Do not promote based on merit- completely political Create jobs for individuals to "make them successful" while turning down experienced and competent others Unable to effectively prioritize business needs - most initiatives are not well thought out and do not meet the needs/wants of the clients

Pros

Company really values its employees. A lot of perks and rewards. 401K benefit match to 6% along with company 3% contribution. Very flexible with work life balance. Supportive. People who are the work there are professional and fun to work with.

Cons

The climate has become more political over the last two years as there has been a lot of growth. Its tough to get promoted if you dont have the right manager. Top heavy with Leadership. Too many bosses. Medical Benefits are not great. PPO with high deductible.

Pros

The benefits are great and the pay is good. Many of the employees are great to work with. The offices are in more rural locations.

Cons

Management is very political. It is clear that certain individuals are protected even though they really are not in the right position. They have terrible management in the IT Department. Stay away!!!
