Pros

I came to AAC straight out of college and I could not have asked for a better place to begin my career! The people are the best aspect of the company (employees and customers). Every employee I've met is genuine, professional, and caring. There is a strong "team" mentality in every office I've been to which is nice since there is a steep learning curve at the start!

Cons

AAC has been going through some growing pains. However, when you have a successful association that is growing the pains are to be expected.

Pros

The quality of people that work here is unmatched. Everyone is great to work with and socialize with outside the office. The benefits are ridiculously good (6% 401k match and additional 3% employer contribution).

Cons

There seems to be a lot of tenured employees leaving with not a lot of succession planning so there are gaps. I think upper management needs to work on employee morale as a whole. Even though benefits are good, salary is lower than the competition.
