Thanks for the feedback. You’re right about the great team we have here at American AgCredit. We are committed to creating an environment where employees have opportunities to advance and grow professionally so I’m disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. Please know we value and consider all feedback, and we will remain committed to finding ways to improve—including how we can ensure all employees have access to professional development and leadership training. In fact, developing our Training Program is an Immediate Strategic Initiative for us this year. I appreciate your feedback. Byron Enix, CEO American AgCredit

Pros

Great cause, focusing on F&A lending and providing capital to farmers.

Cons

Weak mgmt skills, especially in the marketing areas, too many people with limited, contemporary experience in business, the company could do much more.

Pros

Decent pay and wonderful coworkers.

Cons

Management used to care about employee input and work/life balance. CEO changed a few years ago. "New culture" implemented where questions or concerns were discouraged. Yes-men and women only, please.
