The pay was not terrible. SOME of the people there were ok.

Cons

Extremely boring easy work, mind numbing. Online training redundant and ridiculous. If you're liked by mgmt you do ok, otherwise stressful. Lots of turnover. Mgmt does not care about you. They SAY they value you but they dont. Employee loyalty is a misnomer here. They dont know the meaning of the word. And some of the people working here are some of the nastiest I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Dysfunctional.

If you’re in law school and young, they will hire you. AVP and supervisors won’t accept responsibility when something goes wrong but will always take credit away from lower ranking employees

This company in response to the emergency we are facing in NYC over the Coronavirus outbreak. Come to work if you have not been approved for a work at home laptop. Your health means nothing to us.
