Pros

- Good amount of opportunities and recognition for junior and mid-level engineers - Decent pay - Really great benefits

Cons

- Hard to break into higher-level/senior/leadership roles - Can be chaotic between business and technology, requirements and goals constantly shifting - They are "agile" but really just waterfall using agile methodology

Pros

Having the ability to work from home is nice but that is where it stops- Some of the customers are nice-(some) Most of the customers are irate- Why call for help if you do not want it?

Cons

The schedule is not family friendly the pay is low (while they will tell you its not) Too Many Outsourced departments so one hand does not know what the other is doing Fear Mongering Systems that do not function Medical Benefits are really high-They honestly just expect you to be happy its even offered Amex talks a good game about being diverse but take a look at the Executive Suite to get your answers.
