Pros

company strives to make a good experience overall, but message doesn't seem to filter down to individual teams.

Cons

Constant talking down. Unclear communication but plenty of borderline insulting comments when you ask questions/seek guidance. No thought or empathy for peers or internal clients being served. Plenty of talk of requesting feedback - but its not really wanted and it may actually harm you. Rewarded with passive aggression if praised to leadership by internal clients, Achievements fabricated for team favorites to get internal awards and lots of sabotage.

Pros and cons

Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent. Plenty of pto, however less then average sick time.

Cons

Micro managing is extreme. There are more metrics then you think there could be. Call volume is extremely high with no break between calls. High pressure for sales with threats of discipline if not presented in an exact manner and that manner changes frequently. Meetings often cancelled at last minute due to high volume

Pros

Multiple locations throughout nation. Decent advancement opportunities. Diverse staff. Decent benefits. Ability to work from home and have work life balance.

Cons

You are replaceable. HR doesn't give you due process when you are accused falsely. They claim to be inclusive, but at the end of the day you are working for the man and he has all the power. You'll be another pawn at a corporate vessel. The pay isn't competitive, you can switch over to Chase, Citi, or Mastercard and make 50% more for same workload.
