Pros

I worked here from July 2014-April 2017 and left because I thought I had found a better opportunity. I was wrong. At AIL, I was like family. They treated me with respect and cared about what I needed. My kids even felt welcome when they had to come to the office after school and wait for me to get off work sometimes. The agents were so kind to my kids (still are). I came back to AIL in 2019 and it was under new leadership. They are more focused on retention, training and customer satisfaction. I am very impressed with the way SS PARKS SALVAGGI runs the state of WI. I think it is BIGGER, BETTER AND BRIGHTER! I love the 2nd Monday meeting of the month "Walking in Faith". It is a brilliant idea and just an added bonus to non-mandatory training. I look forward to more years with this company and IMO, if you don't want to join us, don't. It is your loss.

Cons

I have seen agents come and go but I feel it is possible we shouldn't have hired them to begin with. New hires make promises they can't keep, are not willing to work the hours even with the take away the managers give during the interviews. They bite off more than they can chew per say and think they are cut out for being successful but aren't willing to work for it. I started at business at 17 and it was successful. I worked EVERY weekend and used that money to pay for my college education. If you don't want to work hard in your first year to gain momentum, this isn't the place for you. You have to work hard and do your best. Mediocre isn't what AIL success is about. We recruit and train BUSINESS ATHLETES, not couch potatoes. Pyramid Scheme? I think not. Our managers here hire recruiters to build teams for the managers. You should WANT to build your team but our Director is so kind and giving, FORCE isn't the case. If you want training, you need to show up for it and every minute you spend training will come back to you if you are the coach-able type. Did someone pay you to go to college? No they didn't. College is TRAINING and YOU PAID FOR IT! So before you listen to these reviews you might want to consider who they are coming from. Not everyone wants to work. But they sure want money.
