Pros

Remote work, can make a good earning if you are set up by the right people

Cons

Work culture does not care about you as a person, just what money you can make them. I bought many state licenses with my own money, and realized I was set up with recycled leads that had been contacted by different agents many different times. I worked over 60 hours a week to just barely squeeze by financially. Mentors were very misleading and were very unprofessional when I decided to explore other opportunities.

Pros

- Possibility to grow income.

Cons

- 1099 worker but must work 9AM-9PM. - Must pay for your licensing and no paid training. - No one is on the same page. - Yelled at consistently when you either 1. have a life or any inconvenience come up, or 2. don't make a sale despite calling 24/7. - Payment was late almost every week, as well as promised pay for weeks and was not paid until a month and a half in.

Pros

The only positive is that it is remote...

Cons

Your pitched flexibility of scheduale but then your told you need to work 7 days a week for 12 hours a day to earn that benefit. Base salary was promised in addition to comission and yet we find out all of our money comes from comission only which it not what your told.. Also just just unethical to bait and switch people with crap free products and then guilt trip them into getting life insurance.
