      Pros

      The higher management is very hands on in helping all employees reach their potential.

      Cons

      At first the commission part made me nervous, but what I realized is that it allows me to not have a cap on my income.

      American Income is I believe to be one of the best company across North America. Some pro’s Great pay Advancing into management on your own terms Awesome conventions Awesome conferences Being your own boss Work family Being able to have friends all across North America with the same dream Amazing culture

      Not the career move for slackers

      Pros

      Amazing culture, incredible incentive trips, and a lot of opportunity for growth. Unlimited income potential is something I've never experienced before but I'm so grateful for the opportunity to make more than I ever have before. This is a career for driven individuals with high expectations for themselves.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a clock in and clock out, 9-5 type job, this isn't the place for you.
