Great money if you’re willing to work non stop

Pros

potential for growth you can build residuals great co-workers

Cons

1. the commission-based structure and leads system posed challenges. 2.you will call the same 100 people for 3 weeks. 3.commission-only pay system led to constant pressure to sell. 4. The promised work-life balance shifted to an 80-hour work week with diminishing leads. Average worker makes $6.25 an hour. That's $1000 ALP Weekly and $500 out the door 5. While the products could protect families, their investment side wasn't as portrayed in training, often requiring policy cancellation for long-term solutions. 6.Corporate responses to client concerns were unsatisfactory. 7. No Benefits

Not what is promised

Pros

Working from home, get along well with my supervisor

Cons

Pay expectations are unrealistic. I was told to expect $70k in my first year if I was doing "average." I'm 3 months in and have made under $2k. Have asked for feedback to improve and am told I'm doing well in all areas. I was told I am not allowed to discuss other employment with new trainees because then they'll realize how little money most new people are making. My position was temporarily terminated due to a computer error so I could not work for a week. Have learned management told everyone I was sick rather than taking responsibility.
