hungry motivated, self starter, great opportunity for unlimited commission, residual income (like masters in music industry), you can develop your own health insurance and company reimburse you the cost

Cons

went weeks without getting paid while working, but 100% commission I knew what was getting into, some managers could micromanage you, pick your agency wise and do your research
