Free leads, if you show you are actively using and going through all of your leads management is willing to get you more or even specific types of leads for you.

Cons

Luck > skill You can work 60 hour weeks without as much as making a sale. Even if you make sales coverage is becoming tighter to cover new clients and customers.

Pros

Flexible, make as much as you want, opportunity for leadership. I find that people who don’t like it are people who want to get paid just for showing up. It’s a grind being an independent contractor you’re starting your own agency. You can’t not develop skills and not put in work and expect results. If so go work for minimum wage

Cons

Days can feel long and repetitive. Takes a lot of discipline
