Pros

Unlimited earning potential, promised trips and bonuses for earnings.

Cons

Very misrepresented. In the meetings they harp on work, life balance but expect 9 hours minimum of unpaid work every day. If not, they harass and micro manage. They also advertise as no cold calling. But that's exactly what it is. They give you some leads, but expect you to call each person a minimum of 3 times daily. Harassing people which is what I do not want to do. I want to help people if they want insurance or education about it. I care about people and making a living. They care only about their pockets it seems, and making money off of me while I make nothing. They also recycle people who request to be on the DO NOT CALL list. People who ask not to be bothered anymore, and I refuse to harass people. Their training strongly speaks against misrepresentation in insurance, yet I feel they did this to me.

Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions to the team. Being an agent does require a self-motivated, persistent, and sales-minded individual to succeed and isn't for everyone. With the right person, this career can be incredibly rewarding financially and professionally. We wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Earning potential and fairly solid leads.

Cons

They tell you login 9-12 and 3-8 cst four days a week but then push it to 7 days a week with meetings and calling sessions. They won't give you good leads unless you work their program and long hours they hold it over your head so you basically have a boss even tho you're self employed and they push 24/7.

Pros

Huge upside potential if you are good at recruiting via social media ... have multiple friends making $1M +

Cons

products you sell are not good for the clients you serve mostly low income and blue collar workers who just dont know any better and get convinced to buy whole life insurance you need to be willing to not gaf about what is actually in their best interest and just sell and up sell more insurance Also almost every agent is lying to the clients about the products and how they actually work
