ASH is rapidly growing and we do have many new open positions. Also, because we do look to hire from within, we encourage cross-collaboration among departments to provide new career path options. I hope you spoke to your manager or HR about your career path before you left. We do often have “boomerang” employees who leave for career changes, then return at some point as new positions open up at ASH, so please keep that in mind. In terms of annual raises, we conduct regular salary surveys and have found that our increases are in line with industry standards.
