In regards to your offer, OT is not factored into your base pay, though it's shown for your understanding . As a Staff Engineer, you receive a base salary, plus overtime. Overtime is shown to you at an estimation of 5 hours/week (with explanation that this number will ebb and flow based upon project deadlines, client needs, etc.) so that you are able to see a full picture of what your annual compensation structure estimation will look like, including annual bonus. We are confident that our compensation structure is competitive and aligned with industry standards at all levels, and are proud that many of our benefits are some of the best in the industry! We are also currently unaware of any teams denying overtime for staff for level appropriate work that needs completed. Creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment is of top priority for us.
