Pros

None. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Worst culture imaginable. STAY AWAY

Cons

-ZERO room for growth/promotion -toxic work culture -severely understaffed -employees are not trusted and are treated like children -people skills do not matter here; there is zero culture, and most managers have no business being in their position -1% annual raises, can only receive a 5% bump after promotion (minimum 5 years) -racism is rampant in the company, it is very much a company for white men, women and minorities are marginalized -HR dept. is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my career -penalties for taking sick days - DO NOT WORK HERE!

Pros

No pros but only cons (pun intended).

Cons

No ethics and morals. Worst place to work. Better to stay unemployed than degrade yourself!! Pathetic work culture. In fact , "zero culture", Uses arm twisting tactics to hire and retain employees. Unqualified managers. Owners have link with mafia and drug lords. Uses political clout to get things done unethically.

Pros

Much to learn. Salary not too bad, depending on who you are and who you know.

Cons

Top heavy. Glass ceiling for minorities. Culture that doesn't really accept change or improvements. Depending on the job and department, work /life balance is horrid.
