Cons
We were mis-informed about the positions we would be working. We are currently in the same dissatisfied boat under leadership of poor management with no sight of rescue, other than quitting. Boca / Cary "life and shift" team management seems to be chosen on the basis of brown-nosing, not on actual work experience or knowledge. Repetitive work, no chance for growth, daily annoyance of the new-to- the -area self-centered, competitive yet poor sport of a manager boasting mundane details about her life in order to gain acceptance from her reportees, although no one truly cares to hear it. Employees were warned early that we "haven't seen the worst of this manager yet" . Complete disregard for you if you are not like the manager. Leave quickly if you have the chance- there are better companies and better managers elsewhere to work for.
