      Pros

      They have pretty good benefits and if you are into brown nosing and cloaking the truth, you will go far.

      Cons

      Too many political games. They hire their unqualified friends who know very little and others with talent get laid off. They hire too many temporary contract people for call center who don't get enough time to really learn their systems so that they can adequately care for customers on the national platform. By the time they begin to learn it, those people cycle out and a new group comes

      Pros

      The benefits were great,and it was close to my home at the time.

      Cons

      No chance for advancement, unless you were the chosen few. The same people were the only ones getting promoted. It didn't matter how qualified or educated and professional your were. I've seen folks with MBA's get passed up by "others" who barley had GED's. They were in the loop.

      Management is terrible there is a lot of discrimination and favoritism preventing you from flourishing.
