      Pros

      Many great hardworking employees at local offices bring success to the company. Great customer service by local employees and field employees. Local employees work hard to make the office environment friendly. Local managers and supervisors are hardworking and want a safe and healthy environment.

      Cons

      High expectations from leadership but leaders miscommunicate often or don't provide communication. No effort from leadership to make employees happy. Long wait times for customers in the customer service center regularly make customers unhappy. The company currently going through layoffs and laid off many great employees.

      There are few pros - salary seem competitive

      Cons

      Treatment plants are allowed to deteriorate.with no regard for preventative maintenance. Hiring of unqualified engineers, managers, with no experience in water engineering. Operators have bad attitudes and many need to be let go. Management has not adequately invested in the water and wastewater systems for years and thus a water system that is rated 1/5 poorest rating possible.
