Pros

Listen to the negative reviews. It is the worst place I’ve ever worked in my entire career. Leadership is the worst you could ever imagine; the leadership needs to go to school to learn how to lead. Disgusting.

Cons

Everything all of the other negative posts say are true. The positive ones are fake. They are getting rid of all employees that worked there before Rhada. He’s a terrible leader. They do not invest in the employees. They’re just looking to work people into the ground. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. I’m disgusted HR has not done anything but assist Rhada with making the culture toxic. If I had children I would NOT let them work here. There are better companies in the area, actually, any other company would be better. This is, again, the worst company I have ever worked for. There are also no career paths so it’s essentially a dead end job too. Go anywhere else but here.

Pros

Very solid and established business, it runs almost alone. Good benefits, average salaries

Cons

Because it runs so easily very weak leadership, more focused in politics than performance. The best example of amatour leadership is the IT department (T&I)
