Very little support and leadership is a mess from the top down. So many conflicting initiatives and goals. Leaders who just get in the way and provide no benefit. One person does the work, ten people review the work with no meaningful input. One leader will say to do A, then the next says don't do A. Then two months later, it will be an emergency and you have to do A.

Worthless management. The only way to move up is..... have the lowest numbers, don't learn/understand your current job, kiss up and buddy up with certain people and never never voice an opinion. I was one of the top in my department and someone that is clueless got promoted over me....the person was buddy's with a certain person. After 15+ years and over 50 trys to move up (never did), I got out of the worst place I ever worked at. The last promotion I tried for, two people interviewed me that did not know me. I asked if they read my resume and both admitted they did NOT......really. I gave two moths notice I was leaving....not one person from management emailed/text/spoke a good bye or thanks for all I did. My direct supervisor did not even know when my last day was. Executive management is a joke.
