Good employees and good benefits

Cons

Culture and leadership. They performed a culture study that made it clear that the culture was very poor with plans to improve it. Since the study was done the culture continues on a decline with no signs that it will improve. Change is constant. There is no transparency with leadership. It's as though things are being done behind closed doors with no one knowing what to expect and when to expect it. All for change and doing what is best for the company but the way it's being executed is really poor.

Pros

If you like wearing many hats within an organization, you will do it here. They pay pretty well and have pretty good benefits.

Cons

Based on the pro, be ready to have ridiculous timelines to meet when trying to pick up your new responsibilities. They just went through a re-org and cut 40 people. So IT is running extremely thin. Also, since they pay you fairly well, they think they own all of your time including after hours.. Its more normal to work 60+ hours a week then it isn't.

Benefits are good everything else stinks.

Cons

Unsafe environment, safety is more for show than to protect employees. Favoritism is rampant. Very disorganized. Management spend too much time look at spreadsheets and not enough time looking at what is really going on. If you like to kiss butt this is the place for you.
