      Pros

      Paying is good but you never know when they will just kick you out without an actual reason, just because the company loses clients and cuts budget. Today they use you for a task, tomorrow you are fired because they don’t need you anymore.0

      Cons

      Absolute joke. Management isn’t competent enough. Employees are asked to add more time into their time cards so they can charge clients more. No organization and many of the employees are idle because there is no work. Toxic office atmosphere.

      - There is always a lot of work to do - Good experience gained on working with different clients - Sometimes great modern technologies are used

      Cons

      - Career growth - Sometimes you might work for clients that have legacy systems and old frameworks. Sometimes you have to learn a framework that is 15+ years old just to help the client.
