Pros

Great peers to work with, hard-working and customer-minded

Cons

If you are a dev be prepared to be taken aback atleast a couple of years in your career here! The stack and methodologies they use in most teams are primal and the management will really force you to think they are above the game. Unfortunately, a lot of the work here is unplanned which could be better implemented if everything in the company was not ticking like a time bomb (yes their time card system)! Devs are often most excited to learn, innovate and build the best - leverage this quality of good devs. They developed sites like CTA which is commendable but when other companies had been offering transit benefits to their employees for years, they found this out from their old client only very recently. This is how much they care about their employee if you are one in the lower tier. No profit sharing.

We are sorry to hear you didn’t have a positive experience with our team at Americaneagle.com. We always try to implement the best technologies to assist our clients. 60% of our clients have been with us for 10 years or more and we value those relationships. With the amount of projects we have, there is always something new and exciting to work on! We integrate with new and old systems that use .NET Core, React, and more. We welcome new ideas and encourage our developers to expand their knowledge. We also cover certification costs offered by Microsoft, Sitecore, Sitefinity and other vendors. At Americaneagle.com we are also always trying to improve our benefits program offered to employees. We recently had more people join our team that use public transportation and added those benefits to our package 2 years ago. We truly wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Pro: Good pay and benefits, nice family atmosphere, owners of the company are still here and always have their doors open, STABLE - we don't have to worry about the company folding, room for advancement, owners of company are very generous (families invited to company picnic, great Christmas party every year), just an overall positive place to work. Negativity and incompetence is weeded our pretty quickly!

Cons

There truly aren't many cons at all - mainly a lot of work because we're busy, but that's a good thing. There may be growing pains every once in a while, but what company doesn't have that? You'll never be able to find the perfect company, but this is darn close.

Pros

During my first year at Americaneqgle.com, I established myself as a reliable team member capable of handling complex assignments independently and delivering high quality code timely and efficiently. It was a great year of learning and I was pleased that even during my first year at the firm, some of my work was leverage by others and was used in other projects. It was a pleasure to work with such a great team of people. I also received positive feedback from other project managers and programmers with whom I worked throughout the year.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons!
