Pros

I have a really positive experience working here. The company has a genuinely good work culture — people are approachable, collaborative, and willing to help each other out. Leadership is supportive and open to new ideas, which creates an environment where you feel heard and valued. The organization encourages taking ownership of your work, and there’s space to explore new responsibilities if you show initiative.

Cons

At times, the workload can get quite heavy, especially during peak periods. Some processes could be more streamlined to reduce manual effort. Since the company is growing fast, there are occasional communication gaps or shifting priorities — but leadership is aware and working on improving this.

I’ve had a really positive experience working with Amherst. The company truly values its people and consistently strives to keep everyone engaged. One of Amherst’s greatest strengths is its HR team — they genuinely listen, support, and take action based on employee feedback. Collaboration with our U.S. counterparts has also been smooth and rewarding. They’re appreciative, communicative, and provide feedback in a constructive and encouraging way. Overall, Amherst fosters a culture of respect, growth, and genuine connection, making it a great place to work.
