Pros

Exposure to the institutional single-family rental (SFR) market, which is still emerging in India and offers a rare opportunity to work on U.S. real estate from India. High learning curve – you'll work on complex models, valuations, underwriting, and portfolio analytics used directly by senior teams in the U.S. Collaborative culture among analysts and associates; most colleagues are smart, driven, and helpful. Good access to U.S. team members and leadership when you take initiative. Good work-life balance compared to other investment or asset management firms in India.

Cons

Compensation does not fully match the level of responsibility or the work equivalent to U.S. standards. Limited career visibility — development paths and internal mobility could be clearer. Some structural and communication gaps exist between the U.S. and India offices; decision-making may feel distant or unclear. Processes and data systems continue to evolve, causing rework or inefficiencies. HR policies continue to evolve — standardization and transparency can be enhanced.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for about a month, and it has been a great learning experience so far. In my role, I get to interact with and learn directly from U.S. stakeholders, which provides immense exposure and growth opportunities. The people here are genuinely kind and approachable, making collaboration easy and enjoyable. Work-life balance is well maintained, and the company has a strong employee-centric culture. There’s flexibility in work, ample peer learning, a positive office environment, and competitive compensation. The onboarding process was smooth, and management seems transparent and approachable.

Cons

Getting access to all systems and datasets can take a bit of time after joining, but nothing much to worry about.
