8yThank you for taking the time to leave such rich feedback. We are very proud of the work our Patient Care Advocates do and connecting with customers directly to help them on their hearing health journey. The lack of public transportation to our building is something we are working to address in 2018 with a possible relocation. And- while we are proud of the benefit package and flexibility we can offer our PCA’s, we really do want people to stay with Amplifon so we will seek ways to address the pay structure and incentive programs in 2018.
