Amplifon USA is a great company, and most of the departments are very nice and good to there employees.

Very good to their employees. Offer good medical benefits.

Cons

Some departments play favorites, and only hire their friends. It makes it hard to move up. The more you socialize the higher you move up. But the harder you work the less you get.
