Pros

Good pay and decent benefits

Cons

Everything else. They are negligent in workforce planning and forecasting. They market themselves as an inclusive, diverse organization and this is far from the truth. Their diverse hires are primarily low on the career ladder. Almost all leaders are white, privileged individuals. Be prepared to hear much about Christianity and Jesus in regular everyday meetings. Training is nonexistent. Upskilling is completely on the employee. Documentation of processes and communication of expectations is also very very poor.

Pros

Everyone is very kind and has a very positive outlook. Colleagues were all very easy to talk to and engage with at the training event. The pay is great when there is work. The Amplify programs are wonderful and easy to sell to people because they are so user friendly. In addition, you will learn a lot of new skills while doing this role and get to travel to places you would not normally go to.

Cons

Communication can become stagnant once you are onboarded and ready to begin your trainings. Some managers take over a week to respond/not follow up about things. Many PLSs were not scheduled for trainings after going through the entire onboarding process or only given a handful of trainings even though we were told to have more. This is a wonderful job to do part-time if you have another source of income, but I would not recommend on relying on this for your summer paycheck.
