The comp was okay ... before the stock crash. People are nice, but leaders are incompetent.

Cons

- They don't care about employees at all. They only pretend to. - PMs have no clue. - Leaders are incompetent and lack of experience. - They ship products fast with lot of bugs. - They keep implementing useless features without improving the core product. - Way too many meetings.

Many great colleagues are trying to help; a lot of opportunities to learn and grow because the company is growing fast.

Cons

Product org is the most powerful org in the company. GTM teams often try to safeguard their territory, creating more politics than collaboration. Many mid-management are spending more time thinking about politics than doing real work, leaving much necessary work undone. Everybody knows about those problems, but nobody is trying to change, or even if they try, the obstacle is too large.
