The product itself is powerful and really useful

Cons

Terrible leadership all around, it’s actually quite shocking. The general atmosphere really went downhill as well following the layoff earlier this year.

Toxic, mismanaged and sinking ship

Salary is good and good snacks in the offices.

Cons

Where do I start? Immature leadership that refuses to listen to any one. Women leaders can’t be retained because of sexist culture. Stunted product features. The acting CTO has boatloads of complaints against her in HR and us a liability. Founders don’t look you in the eye when they talk to you. Engineers leaving in droves due to sagging stock price and lack of hope in leadership.

Pros

While they are being pushed and driven out in droves, good, hardworking, caring people are still there.

Cons

As other posts have mentioned, my experience was that the root of all issues stemmed from poor hiring decisions. Unfortunately, such systemic hiring issues have had negative impacts, such as creating a toxic work environment, a lack of product direction, and restricted career growth.
