Phenomenal product. The engineering team is second to none. Top-down culture of ownership & transparency. Amazing working environment.

New Employee - easy interview process and stellar onboarding

Pros

The interview process was simple and allowed me to evaluate the company to see if it was a good fit. They have an onboarding program that is built out fairly well relative to their size. The team seems to focus on the right things to drive a long term sustainable company. Things that I enjoy so far: Strong focus on cultural values, smart individuals, great product, and a focus on diversity not only in principle but in practice.

Pros

Great team atmosphere in a fast-paced environment where you're challenged to grow and work on things that you're passionate about. Leadership is transparent and open to ideas so your voice is heard. A lot of cross-team functions so that you get to know all of your diverse coworkers across the organization.

Cons

It's a startup so there's always the growing pains of figuring things out as you go. On the flip side, your input matters and you get to help shape the analytics space as part of Amplitude.
