Pros

Its been about 2 months since I have joined. The company's culture is one of the best I have seen so far and most people I have encountered, including the one's at the leadership level, embody the humility, ownership and growth mindset ideology that the company strives to live with. I feel grateful to be a part of this organization. Comp/benefits are great!

Cons

Roles and responsibilities are still slightly vague in terms of the different roles within the GTM organization which sometimes result in an imbalance in ownership between individual contribution.
