Everyone at Amplitude is incredibly talented and smart, but they're here to see the company and team succeed, not for their own agenda. There's a strong focus on having the best technology and using that to help customers make good decisions to grow their business. Super inspiring and exciting! The team is extremely close and people hang out and have fun in the office. Lots of cool events!

Cons

It's an intense environment, and if you're not ready to give it your all, you might be left behind.

The people are incredibly smart, you will learn something new every day. You will be encouraged to work outside of your role, contribute new ideas, and work across teams. The company is very tight-knit & open-minded, you'll find you have something in common with everyone. Transparent from the top down, there's no question you can't ask.

Cons

Inexperienced in some ways, but we're consistently working to improve that and learning from our mistakes.
