not as much pressure is put on employees in lower positions in the company. Corporate seems pretty committed to providing a service and taking care of employees that are loyal

It used to be ok...

Cons

Recent management decisions have impacted not only morale but business in general. Everyone is pretty much leaving or getting ready to leave. Almost no experienced Inspectors due to horrendous working conditions and managers lack of emphaty towards the employees. They are coming up with unrealistic goals and it frustrates everyone. If you want a to be an Inspector just look elsewhere, this company is going downhill fast.

Pros

Friendly. You get lunches bought for you, so you don't get upset with your boss for making you work 20 something hours at a time.

Cons

Ended up in the hospital due to company neglegance, my supervisor frequently stole lab equipment and would get away with it, not worried about employee safety or OSHA regulations, slimy corporation.
