There are instances of long hours with no compensation and teams being downsized abruptly. Despite management's efforts to conceal high turnover, it remains a persistent issue. Additionally, there seems to be a trend of replacing senior employees with more junior ones, which can result in challenges and difficulties for less experienced staff. Appears that HR is publishing positive reviews for the GTM team, which is concerning and indicative of a company in decline. If you are contemplating joining the GTM organization, I would advise you to think twice before proceeding.
