      Pros

      Discounted genealogy accounts and DNA testing.

      Cons

      Very political and unfriendly. Passive aggressive leadership that only advocate for those in the right "clique". Feeling alone when you are surrounded by that many people is part of the culture. If you want to have face to face interaction - this is not the place. You can be sitting right next to someone and they'd rather instant message you. All about leveraging themselves to be part of the "Yes Man" group and do not show care and compassion for others.

      Benefits, real unlimited pto, company mission and customer appreciation

      Cons

      Very inconsistent manager skills. Some great, some not so much. Teams are “empowered” to the point where cooperation is hit or miss, hard to really get things done

      Inexperienced leadership, constant turnover of senior executives, not a great culture. Ceo lacks experience and hasn’t done anything to improve the company
