Pros

- Passionate employees who believe in the company mission - Flexibility of working from home for most positions - Resource groups and the ability to connect within the company

Cons

- Low pay. For my position, I was paid 20k less than the average starting salary for similar jobs. - Discriminatory pay. Member Services will pay you less than your male counterparts if you are female. - Member Services has a ‘Tenured club’ of employees that have been with the company for 9+ years. This group struggles with superiority and often puts down newer employees. - Lack of leadership skills and qualities in management (especially in the managers who have been with the company for more than six years) - Personal and professional development are limited to your exact role specifications. - Tenured management is reticent to accept new ideas or develop easier employee processes.

Pros

Able to work from home, not rushed or on a time to deal with clients

Cons

Does not care about the employee concerns, proper training and making changes available to employees in a timely manner if at all.
