Pros

Not many pros here. Low pay, no benefits, hostile managers from both Anderson and retailers. You do have flexibility to complete tasks But the amount of work versus pay is very disjointed

Cons

Many of the reviews that are positive are staged from HR to make them look better. The company tries to make all employees work off the clock by intimidation.

Pros

they are willing to work with you on scheduling the employees are all very hard working and laid back

Cons

The pay is horrible for the work & no benefits what so ever for part timers At the start of this year they cut all part time hours to just about nothing per week they will give you about 4 hours to keep you on payroll as of April I was informed that all PT employees are now going to get hours on a as needed basis meaning one week you might get 1 hour and the next you might get 5 we were also told to find another job if needed. The full time people get all benefits paid time off vacations etc but are worked like slaves they expect them to do roughly about 80 hours worth the quality work in 40 or less which is why most of them look like zombies. I think Anderson is getting ready to start laying off employee's

Pros

Nice people, good culture of not stabbing co-workers in the back to get ahead. Not much office politics here.

Cons

Small town attitude towards talent. Don't reward with commission or bonus for sales work. Use bonus as a selling point to prospective hires but do not even have a policy for how a bonus is given. Poor benefits. Only one week vacation in 1st 2 years. Expensive HSA health plan they do not contribute much towards. Often expect employees to use personal cell for company use.
